Wesley (“Wes”) Williams, Esq. was admitted to the State Bar of California in March of 2010. Since then, he has served several clients including property owners, title insurance companies, trustees, title and escrow agencies and lenders in a wide variety of business, real estate, licensing, regulatory compliance and insurance coverage issues.
He has great experience with lenders, title insurers, title agencies and underwritten title agents (UTCs) including company formation, licensing, compliance and investigation matters both in California as well as nationally.
In additional to title and escrow practice, Wes works with clients in the area of corporate and business transactions, including commercial contracts, entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and real estate development. With companies fast entering the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, navigating the complex legal and regulatory concerns surrounding the area can seem daunting. Particularly when the legal issues relating to this area aren’t well settled.
Developers and consumers dealing with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology can potentially face challenges in the areas of property rights, intellectual property, corporate, contracts, discovery, data privacy, federal and state regulatory compliance considerations and the like. Since early 2017, Wes noticed the emergence of this new technology as being transformative in the areas of law and business, and has taken an interest in this new and emerging, multi-disciplinary practice area.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
